We, Blue Logic Digital, are recruiting a Sales Associate – Lead Generation who will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and customer outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Expected to bring in qualified leads to the organization and introduce them to the sales team.
  • Should have focused approach for generating new opportunities via calls, digital channels, meetings and networking events.
  • Has done cold calls in the past and generated Client interest.
  • Should have a desire to be on-field and meet new prospects.
  • Should have experience of attending networking events.
  • Participate in sales meetings and events and assist with closing sales deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions in the market.
  • Must be an extrovert with good communication skills and be able to generate and establish new contacts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Should work on a performance / KPI driven engagement.

Must Have Experience & Skills:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience in digital sales.
  • Understanding of Digital platforms (Web and Mobile).
  • Eagerness to learn new AI technologies.
  • Must not have any complaints to be on-field.
  • Should be open to working on targets / qualified leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Driving License: UAE (Required)
