United Fidelity’s Insurance need for an upgrade enabled Blue Logic Digital to understand the emotional connection and bonding people hold with pets. Our challenge was to build a portal that changed the pet owner’s insurance purchase process from transactional to a value-based, relationship-oriented process. Following this challenge, a thoughtful UI interface was developed using AI integrations such as OCR and Image Processing for Breed Identification that eliminated all possible complexities for the users during the insurance quote generation and policy issuance stage. This development increased customer satisfaction by 100% and was recently awarded as the best digital innovation insurance platform in Asia by Insuretek 2022.
